I have a comment about the exchange speed for the Yandex Money to Bitcoin transaction. Due to the greed of the exchanger, I had to wait more than 2 hours for the operation confirmation from the network: the first confirmation came half an hour after the transfer was approved, and the second only after 2 hours, after which the Bitcoin was credited to my wallet. Luckily, the exchange rate didn't rise during that time; otherwise, I would have lost a profitable deal. When I used other exchangers to buy Bitcoin, the money arrived within a maximum of half an hour. I have no complaints about the exchange rate; I exchanged at a favorable price here. There were no extra deductions, but the Yandex Money fee falls on me. I was charged an additional 0.5% on top of the amount I wanted to exchange. So, when I exchanged 10,000 rubles, they took 50 rubles more from me. The minimum amount for exchange applies not only to the system from which the transfer is made but also to the volume of Bitcoin being purchased. The minimum is 0.01 Bitcoin, so at least 3,000 rubles were needed for the exchange.
