I have been using this exchange service for about six months and have no complaints about it. The rates, minimum amount, and speed of exchange are all at a good level. I won't claim that there aren't better options out there, but I have checked this exchange and continue to use it without any worries. I read reviews from other users and can say that my experience is generally similar. Although I haven't had exchanges completed in 5 minutes, that's more of an exception; usually, the process takes about 10 minutes.
