I exchanged rubles for USDT, and everything went smoothly, with no blocks. I'm writing this 3 hours after the exchange. I had no questions since I've used exchange services multiple times before; it's exactly the same as in other places. The rate was good, and the exchange took about 10 minutes. I recommend it.
