This is a scam currency exchange. They promised the transaction would take 5-10 minutes. I paid 1352 rubles via Qiwi to buy bitcoins, and for 45 minutes, a bot in the chat kept responding with the same thing in English, claiming the operator was busy. After almost an hour, losing hope of getting my money, I wrote in the chat "jerks," and a real person appeared who replied that I wouldn't see my money for that and could complain wherever I wanted. It turns out that Russian scammers are provided with a merchant by Qiwi. When citizens from other countries write that they've been scammed, Qiwi support tells them to file a police report.
