DonationAlerts is a scam!
It's been almost 2 weeks since my ability to withdraw my money was blocked; I received donations from my streams. I haven't received a clear response. At first, I waited several days to hear back from a senior specialist, but all I got was "Your request has been forwarded to the relevant specialists for clarification of all necessary information and for verification procedures," and since then, I've heard nothing for almost 2 weeks. I filed a police report for fraud. Guys, I do not recommend using this service; they are just holding onto your money.
