I contacted a cozy home based on a recommendation. For the winter, I insulated the floor on the balcony and ordered interior finishing for the walls and ceiling. They did a great job, not a rip-off with the price. They laid floorboards on the beams and then put down laminate. There’s good lighting on the ceiling, and it turned into a new room. The master was skilled, and they didn’t do a half-hearted job.
