I want to leave a review about the site Diploma.ua. I'll describe the process. On November 2, 2016, I ordered a thesis on this site. I placed the order, and I received a notification by email that it had passed moderation. I started waiting, as it wasn't entirely clear what to do next. The next day, I received three emails saying that three authors were ready to complete my work. Now for the downside - it wasn't clear what to do next. I spent about 20 minutes trying to figure out how to choose an author. In the end, I wrote to customer support. Here, everything was excellent - they helped me within 5 minutes. I chose the author based on the price. Then I needed to break the work into parts. It was also unclear how to do that! And once again, the support team came to the rescue. I paid with a card, and fortunately, there are many payment options. The author who worked on my thesis was Natalia. I express my immense gratitude to her! She is very attentive and knowledgeable! The author completed the work four days ahead of schedule. I am very satisfied with the result!
Cons: a long and sometimes unclear process for choosing an author.
Pros: many payment options, speed and quality of execution, good prices.
