The bank is a complete failure. A friend of mine was charged an astonishing 63% annual interest rate. The interest on the loan is 39%, plus insurance and some other fees. For every late payment, they charge 700 rubles, not to mention the penalties. Moreover, when my friend's representative tried to sort things out, they were rude and said that he wasn't a bank member, so they wouldn't communicate with him.
