I have been working with Craftum for a long time, and since the beginning of 2024, the platform has been functioning very stably. It is easy to use and intuitive. The support is adequate and responds quickly, ready to help if something goes wrong. As far as I know, collections and online stores will be launched soon, which is also a plus for the product. One of the convenient features is the ability to create designs directly in Craftum, without the need to use Figma, as there is a built-in design block.
