I've been using this exchange service for several months now and during this time I've made about 8 exchanges, though I don't remember all of them. The last time I exchanged VTB rubles for virtual dollars for one of the payment systems. Everything went quickly and without delays, so there are no reasons for concern. The service is quite good.
