The system left a positive impression. It allows for the automation of almost any actions within an organization, making it an ideal choice for small businesses. However, I wouldn't recommend it for larger companies, as the architecture has its limitations, and working with large volumes of data will be challenging. In such cases, it's better to consider more powerful and functional CRMs. The Client Base is more suitable for small enterprises, where it's convenient to set up tables, fields, process data, and manage employee access rights. The main advantage is its ease of use. But there are also weak points. For example, there's a lack of a standard builder for visualization and analytics. Currently, we have to export files to Excel to create charts. The system is regularly updated, but with new versions, there are sometimes issues, and some functions may not work correctly. They are fixed quickly, but testing before launch could be better. The system's speed is good, but this only applies to small data volumes. When there are many fields in the tables, it starts to render slowly. Therefore, as mentioned, this is not the most suitable option for large companies. One more thing to note is the pricing. If you need integration with 1C, be prepared to pay a significant amount. This option is only available in the most expensive pricing plans, both for rental and for the boxed version. By the way, we chose the boxed version because we generally like the CRM, and a one-time purchase turns out to be more cost-effective in the long run than monthly payments.
