This is a small wholesale company whose main work involves making calls across all regions of Russia. By the time I wrote this review, some issues may have already been resolved. We hardly interacted with the finance department (where there are shipments, accounts receivable, and so on). We were not allowed access to the settings, and perhaps some of the problems I mentioned have solutions in the program, but our manager couldn't find them, even though he regularly communicated with the account manager. The first thing that stood out: the program allows multiple tasks to be scheduled at the same time, which is a SIGNIFICANT SHORTCOMING! In the contacts section, there is no "function" field, and there can be several decision-makers with different areas of responsibility: orders, payments, delivery, and so on. This section has a "Date of Birth" field (for decision-makers)... Why doesn't the program set up an automatic reminder for birthdays? This is a flaw! I asked to add a time zone field, but they forgot about Kaliningrad (-1 hour). I spent a lot of time figuring out the time difference for all clients, as the program does not do this automatically! Why? When I realized that I couldn't set the difference for Kaliningrad (you can't enter a number manually, only select from the list 0, +1, +2...), I informed the manager. The programmers added this "-1", but then the other settings reset... where it was +1, it became -9... and so on! All in vain! So I stopped paying attention to this and continued to write the difference in parentheses after the client's name (for example, LLC Lyutik (+3)). This is also a flaw! In the client's card, there is no field for "Working hours" and breaks. Why? I plan according to Moscow time, but the program, considering the time difference and the client's working hours, should not allow scheduling calls at times when the company is closed! Official holidays are not displayed in the calendar! Why? Today is July 16, 2019, and the whole country knows how we will be resting in 2020. When filling out the client's address, there is no familiar structure: postal code, city, region, and so on. Everything needs to be entered manually in one cell. The same goes for phone numbers (you can write in any format: +7 or 8, multiple numbers separated by commas). From this, I conclude that telephony in the basic version does not work. There is no separation of clients by importance (A, B, C). It is impossible to set the "importance level" of a call. That is, you can't assign some contacts a MANDATORY status. Or, for example, divide them into groups: applications, payments, and so on. From this, one could filter or sort to form blocks: from 9 to 11 I call for payments, from 11 for applications, from 3 for new clients. I recall all these shortcomings from memory; there are many more... If you have never worked with CRM and have always written everything down manually, this might be a breakthrough for you. But try other options too. Personally, I do not recommend it. It is hardly different from a good Excel spreadsheet. The plus is that there are reminders and you can't accidentally delete the entire database. This is in comparison to Excel. In my opinion, the points that
