I implemented ChatPush in my beauty studio. This service helps me remind clients about their appointments, ask for reviews, and send out newsletters. Of course, I could do everything manually, but it would take too much time. Using a specialized service is much more convenient and effective. I previously tried a similar service, but it only allowed sending SMS, which were quite expensive, so even simple reminders cost a significant amount (not to mention the newsletters). With ChatPush, I can send messages via WhatsApp completely free of charge. If a client doesn't have WhatsApp, the service automatically sends a paid SMS. Setting up and connecting took some time, but I received help with that. Now everything works smoothly, clients receive messages on time and can respond to them.
