I use this app, but over the last month I've grown tired of reaching out to the managers. They only respond with standard messages, and there's no real work being done by the staff. They recommend reinstalling WhatsApp, checking for updates, turning off the VPN, and even claim that the problem is with my phone or connection. However, I didn't have these difficulties before, and all issues were resolved.
