Fraudsters. They push insurance from their subsidiary company. It's nearly impossible to withdraw money from an account in this bank.
I took out a loan at a Ford dealership. Along with the loan, they sold me insurance. I paid off the loan early, but they won't refund the money for the unused insurance time. The insurance contract was only terminated after 2 months, and the money was supposed to be credited to my account in this same bank. However, it's impossible to access the funds because the bank's offices only issue loans. The employees in these offices, who can barely communicate, don't know what to do and keep sending me to call, but of course, no one says anything over the phone.
