I bought it in mid-2018. I ordered a car stereo on the website, and they called me back in about 10-15 minutes, very quickly, in fact. They clarified everything, and the consultant was quite responsive, telling me everything I wanted to know. I paid through an online transfer. I'm still using it, and the stereo has never needed repairs.
