This is a website for earning money for school students. For those who have some skills, there's nothing to do here, and I recommend others to learn something new. Clicking on ads and watching videos for a small amount of money is not the best activity. This may only suit school students who lack funds for a game. To give you an idea, you can earn about 100-200 rubles a month here. More than that is unlikely unless you sit here all day. There are enough tasks, but high-paying ones (like installing apps) are very few. The pennies you can earn are easy to withdraw. I earned 70 rubles and easily withdrew them to Qiwi. As soon as I created the request, I received the full amount the same day. In this regard, the site is reliable and doesn't cheat. But you still won't achieve a decent income here.
