I ordered an Avalon Miner 741 7.3 TH/s + Controller + PSU. The price seems fine, cheaper than elsewhere, and the delivery took a week. I tested everything, it works great, they provided a one-year warranty, and the manager was reasonable. I paid via a Webmoney wallet. I'm as happy as a clam!
