I liked that everything turned out to be very convenient and simple. They created a chatbot for me in a Telegram channel for testing; I checked it for free and only then bought it. All the functions are completely clear to me, even a beginner will be able to handle them. Currently, it's quite difficult to find a service that offers free creation and testing of a chatbot.
