BitMEX resembles such a system, but it lacks several important aspects. Firstly, the platform does not allow you to use it as a classic currency exchange. Although the most popular and in-demand coins are represented here, the exchange, which positions itself as a trading platform for speculating on quotes, has a rather narrow selection. Many coins with good liquidity on smaller exchanges are absent, and there’s no mention of more exotic tokens. The principles for adding coins are not disclosed. Considering that the exchange has been operating for a long time and is not a newcomer, the list of available tokens for trading leaves much to be desired. Adding many altcoins could significantly increase trading volumes. These are the only remarks about the exchange. The other features provide all the necessary conditions for trading: several types of orders, fast execution, excellent conditions for margin trading, and an API with detailed customization. With certain skills, one can organize arbitrage across multiple exchanges, taking advantage of the price differences.
