The exchange is quite young, although it's not a newcomer to the market (it appeared in 2017-2018). During this time, it has managed to establish a positive reputation. The trading volume is not very high (around 40th place in the overall ranking), but it's enough to consider the platform large. The liquidity on the exchange is excellent, allowing for smooth trading of popular cryptocurrencies. It can also be used for working with altcoins, as there are well-known coins listed. However, for trading very rare tokens, it's not the most convenient place. In such cases, I would prefer Binance or Huobi. Overall, BitMart is a suitable spot exchange for both beginners and more experienced traders: it has the main digital assets, leading crypto pairs, and a simple intuitive interface. If desired, one can even engage in mobile trading. Verification on the exchange is not mandatory and resembles Binance: with an anonymous account, you can withdraw up to 2 BTC per day, and with a verified account, up to 100 BTC. This means that most traders do not need to provide documents. I traded on an anonymous account and did not encounter any problems. The exchange does not support fiat money, and this is the only reason I lower my rating by 1 point. I would even agree to mandatory verification to be able to deposit and withdraw money in fiat currencies. But, unfortunately, I had to use only cryptocurrency. The limits are quite lenient: you can set a withdrawal from 0.005 BTC, and the fee only goes to miners. Inside the exchange itself, there is a trading fee that slightly exceeds the market average (0.25% on both positions). With increased trading volume, the fee can be significantly reduced, but I traded at the standard rate.

I have no complaints; I've been trading here for almost a year. I completed the verification at the very beginning to avoid any questions in the future. I fund my account and withdraw profits in BTC. The withdrawal process takes just a few hours, and it seems they save on fees. However, that doesn't bother me; the main thing is that the income is transferred in full. The trading fee is average, but thanks to the internal token VMX, I reduce it a bit. This token operates on the ETH blockchain (ERC-20 standard) and compensates for 50% of the fees, in addition to its trading potential. The exchange seems safe, although I have doubts about its status. Registration in the Cayman Islands doesn't inspire much confidence, and I can't verify the claimed regulation from the American FinCEN (MSB license). Something tells me it's just words. Nevertheless, I haven't encountered any problems within the exchange. I have no concerns that it will close down. The turnover is decent, and it has been operating for several years. My personal experience indicates that everything is fine.

Among the positive aspects, I would note the excellent order execution speed, even during sharp price fluctuations, as well as the availability of many popular and diverse indicators for technical analysis, the ability to set pending orders, and other features. Everything is translated into Russian, there is customization of the web platform, the ability to change the color scheme, and trading through a mobile app. Overall, it's simply wonderful for beginners. However, I was disappointed by the lack of margin trading, the inability to set trailing stops on active orders, and to set stop losses and take profits on pending orders. Additionally, the trading statistics leave much to be desired. If you are already developing applications for smartphones, then why not create a desktop client that would work much more stably than the web version? In general, this exchange is unlikely to be suitable for more experienced traders.

I worked with this exchange for three months. Today I couldn't log in — it shows an error message saying "Your account is at risk." Technical support informed me that my account has been permanently blocked, and I quote: "Your account may have been used maliciously for fraudulent, predatory, and misleading activities." If you bought cryptocurrency during its drop, and for example, it fell by 15-30% in just an hour, you won't be able to sell it. The service will report that the order has been executed, but the crypto will remain with you. I will take a screenshot to confirm, but when it drops again, then you can sell it, that's been tested. I tried several times to log in 2-4 times, using both a PC and a phone, but there was no result until the price dropped. The exchange leaves much to be desired, taking a percentage for buying and selling. For spot trading, this exchange should not be considered, that's the first thing to know. We have two of the worst exchanges. The first is Bitmart, and the second is ******. On Bitmart, 99.8% of new tokens are scams, and the problem is that you won't even wait for them to grow in the spot market. They close tokens when the spot is already below 5%, and on ******, 99% are scams. For example, the crypto Moon is only available on Bitmart, it was pumped to $2800, and now it has dropped to $0.18. The crypto Cash was also pumped to $119, and now it costs $0.18-$0.22. The crypto Monopolymeta was also pumped and will soon be closed. There's also crypto Tiktoken, and I could list more than 30 tokens, all of which are only on Bitmart. Experienced traders definitely won't go to this exchange. All the mentioned cryptos and another 20 tokens will soon be closed specifically so that people lose money. Don't believe it? Go check when they were released and on which other exchanges they are present, you'll understand that they are only pumped there and then removed from the listing. So it's not worth going to this exchange. An experienced trader knows that ****** and ****** are the exchanges where all the crypto listed globally is found, and there the chance of scams is only 5-10%.

It's not worth trading on this exchange. There are all scammers here; it's better to choose ******, even though it was considered unsuccessful, but the bitmart exchange has surpassed them all. On this platform, the token doesn't change in price, while on others it grows, and the difference with other exchanges is at least 15% lower. This is a terrible exchange; even when the token starts to rise, it doesn't allow you to close orders, justifying it with a lack of buyers. Bugs can last more than 2-3 weeks during which it's impossible to sell cryptocurrency, and you can forget about rewards—they simply aren't paid, and events are deleted. In short, don't waste your time and money on this awful exchange; it's a 100% loss. They pump all new tokens to $3,000-$10,000 and then suddenly scam within 2 days, and that's it.

I believe that this exchange profits from its clients. I have 18,085 USDT blocked in my BitMart wallet. To unlock it, they require me to deposit the same amount of 18,085 USDT to verify my identity. It seems like there are no other options. My account was frozen when I tried to withdraw 8,000 USDT. In my opinion, this is fraud.

I didn't have a good experience with them. Maybe the stars weren't on my side =) The acquaintances I know feel fine here, making deposits, withdrawals, and trading. However, when I tried to withdraw 80 (eighty) dollars, I was unexpectedly accused of suspicious activity. I contacted customer support—they very politely promised to look into it, but they never did. I didn’t want to bang my head against the wall. My nerves are more important. Interestingly, my acquaintances had no problems withdrawing and depositing funds after my case. It seems like something is wrong with me.

To make a deposit, I had to contact support. The token got stuck somewhere. To get $70, you need to pay $120. Quite a strange business plan. Overall, I do not recommend this platform. You will just be scammed. As stated, you need to pay a fee of 0.005 BTC - $120 today. It's just absurd. Don't even think about registering.

I invested 500 dollars, and my account got blocked. It's terrible, I've been communicating with support for a week. I sent funds from Trust Wallet, but they claim it's a suspicious transaction and that my account is supposedly under sanctions. Then it all follows the familiar script: questions about my place of work, they demand documents and receipts, asking me to prove that this is really my wallet, and so on. I do not recommend it! The exchange is a scam.
