I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday a few days in advance, specifically 100 cm roses on sale for 160 rubles each, and arranged for delivery at 21:00 (+- 15 minutes) for 500 rubles. They said the courier would call in advance. In the end, no one called, the courier delivered the roses at 21:30, and the roses were 1.6 meters long and requested over 7,000 rubles. I refused, as I wasn't expecting a sum that was double what I had planned. The celebration was ruined, and time was wasted. Terrible company.
