I went to their website, completed the exchange, agreeing to the offer, but the transfer did not arrive. It turned out that my transaction was deemed risky, and I was required to provide documents: my passport, a photo with my registration, and a picture of my face. The verification will take a long time, and if I don't want to wait, I need to pay 10% of the amount as a fee. I contacted bestchange support, and they confirmed that everything aligns with the terms of this exchanger. Now I think that bestchange and 4ex.cash are colluding to deceive customers. I no longer trust this site and do not recommend using it!
