On January 29, 2023, I decided to make an exchange. The first exchange went smoothly, but when I started the second one, I encountered problems with BestChange. I copied the address and checked everything, but then, when I sent the transaction to the administrator (according to the rules of this exchange coolcoin.best), I received an unclear response. At that moment, I realized I had been scammed. It's a pity I didn't save a screenshot of the generated address — it's always better to take such pictures on exchanges. I've been doing exchanges for 6 years and have never faced such situations. BestChange did not help resolve the dispute, and their support is just for show. The exchange removed the claim in their favor, and 100,000 rubles simply disappeared. By the way, my review of the exchange was also deleted. Now the exchange claims that there is malware on my computer, even though I only use it for work and exchanges and don't go online with it. It was a harsh experience!
