I placed an order for women's clothing on this Turkish website. Payment is made immediately, plus the shipping cost. The items arrived after 2 weeks. Out of three items, only 2 were delivered. When I submitted a complaint on the website, they responded right away, and after lengthy discussions, they refunded my money in 3 days...
