My name is Galina Stern, and I want to share my online shopping experience. I live in Irkutsk, and for almost two years, I have been ordering products for myself and my relatives from the online store berrybags.ru. In our city, most products are either the same or very expensive. I was looking for a leather bag and wallet for my husband. In our stores, faux leather items are priced between 5,000 to 8,000 rubles. Genuine leather bags start at 8,000 rubles, and honestly, there’s nothing worth looking at. I decided to search online and came across the berrybags store. I took a closer look and chose one for 6,000 rubles. I called the store, and they confirmed availability and payment options. I paid right on the website because they told me they work on a prepayment basis with regions (if you are not a regular customer). After the payment, a manager called me to say everything was fine, and the next day I received a tracking number via email. The bag arrived in 13 days. I was very pleased with the quality. The bag is entirely leather, all the stitching is even, and the lock with the key works perfectly. My husband is still using it and is very happy! On my next order, I received a 10% discount. Good day! I ordered a wallet on November 10, 2016, in Voronezh via Russian Post. Then I read a review about someone named Sergey receiving the wrong item. I called the store's phones non-stop because I was worried that they wouldn't send the product, but today when I received my wallet, the exact one I ordered, all my doubts disappeared. The store sends everything correctly! That's why I decided to leave a review.

BerryBags.ru. Be careful, this store sends products to regions that do not match the description on the website. I made a big mistake by paying in advance. I placed an order: № 2649 (a leather waist bag for documents, High Tuch 28002 Mini), and paid in advance through Yandex Money. Three weeks later, I received the product in the mail. After opening the package, I discovered that it was not the bag I had ordered. I sent them a letter, and an investigation began; it turned out they didn't have that bag in stock. In the end, they decided to send me a different bag, hoping I would be satisfied with it. This can be compared to going to a store, asking the seller for bread, and being handed sausage instead. A day later, I received a letter from them offering to compensate me 500 rubles and to part ways quietly and peacefully. I refused this deal, suggesting that I return their bag to the warehouse, and then they would refund me the full cost of my order. But unfortunately, they stopped communicating with me. Conclusion: If you live in another region, there is a high risk that this store will deceive you and send the wrong product. Make your conclusions...
