The service is truly top-notch, and support responds quickly. The exchange fees are more than reasonable compared to other services I've tried. There are plenty of exchange options available, and you can exchange in any direction. Requests are processed instantly, usually in no more than two minutes, although they state it can take up to 15 minutes. Moreover, regular customers now receive good discounts. This exchange has been operating for a long time and consistently fulfills its obligations. I haven't encountered any problems, freezes, or other issues during the exchange.
