The ATM, like any other exchange point, is not perfect. Much depends on the exchange rates, so you can't rely on it alone; you need to keep an eye on the situation. However, when I use it, I have no complaints: the exchange goes smoothly, and the money is credited to my account in full, as stated. I have mixed feelings about manual processing of requests: on one hand, it provides additional control from the operator, but on the other hand, it slows down the process (the conversion itself is done with a human processing the request). Even though I've worked a lot with ATMs and had no errors, I didn't waste time. When converting bitcoins, I prefer to increase the fee to ensure the transaction is prioritized in the block (you need to add up to 0.00008 BTC, which is currently about 35-38 rubles, as the rate fluctuates). The ATM has many exchange directions; I've repeatedly withdrawn cryptocurrency to my card, bought digital tokens, and converted funds from electronic wallets. The exchange process is standard: you need to enter the details of "from" and "to," confirm, and wait for the funds to be credited. On average, the money arrives on the card within an hour.
