A decent tour operator. With their help, my family and I travel to Bulgaria. We've had trips both with and without kids. There haven't been any major issues: insurance, flights, and transfers (usually the most stressful part) went smoothly. We usually booked three- sometimes four-star hotels, as long as they were close to the sea. We typically chose the months of June and July because there are too many kids in August! :)
