The exchange service works wonderfully, I've used it for the second time and have not encountered any problems at all. I exchanged rubles for cryptocurrencies, and everything went smoothly. I recommend giving it a try; I've used it twice already. The exchange happens quickly and without delays, it's a good service, nothing more to add.
