I paid for the order, but it was not completed, even though the money was deducted immediately and a report on the completion was provided. I wrote in the chat, and after a few hours, only 10% of the order was done, and then there was silence. I wrote again in the chat, but there was no response, and on their website, the order is already marked as completed. I previously used another service where everything was done in half an hour.
