We use Smetter in our work. Its main advantage lies in the completely different level of interaction with clients. There is a difference between explaining things to a client "in simple terms," when you walk around with a notebook and create tables in Excel, and using a specialized system that allows you to generate neat documents and accurate reports. The professional approach becomes obvious to the client. It also makes our work easier, as it reduces the amount of paperwork, and some actions can be automated (for example, reporting – the client sees everything in the app). At first, we used the free version, but the functionality was lacking. So we quickly switched to the paid version, and the costs quickly paid off.
