The program for cost estimation is designed for construction, renovation, and finishing works. At its core is a cost estimate builder that includes numerous templates and a pricing database (for Russia and the CIS). It also features modules for procurement management, a receipt scanner, financial analytics, inventory, and more. Thanks to this, all participants in the processes can work in Smetter – not only estimators but also foremen, purchasers, managers, and others. Each has their own functionality regulated by access rights. For example, the estimator creates and imports estimates, puts them into action, the foreman prepares documents for subcontractors, the purchaser develops and formulates supply requests for materials, the manager creates commercial proposals, and so on. Among the features is a personal account for the client. In it, they can track the status of the project (photos from the site, information about purchases, progress of work, documentation, etc.). The program can be used not only on PCs but also on mobile devices (apps are available for Android and iOS). This is convenient on construction sites and during outings. For example, through the app, employees can report on completed work, conduct inventory, and prepare reports for the client.
