Since 2021, we have been actively collaborating with this service and continue to hope for bug fixes "tomorrow." Current issues remain unresolved, while new unsuccessful features, like "tasks," are added. Now, in essence: 1. Integration is only with T-Bank, and it is very inconvenient. With each account synchronization with Smetter, old payments are randomly loaded, which can only be deleted by tech support upon request in their free time via Telegram. 2. There are almost no settings for managing access rights to accounts. Employees either cannot make payments at all or can make them from any account. 3. The margin analysis for estimates is ineffective, as the data is taken not from actual costs but from estimated costs. For example, if you planned revenue of 1 million, from which you were supposed to pay 600,000 to workers, but actually paid 700,000, Smetter will show a margin of 400,000, while in reality, it will be 300,000. 4. The "Finance" block is only suitable for exporting data to Excel for use in tables or transferring to other services. Otherwise, it is ineffective due to a non-working filter. Additionally, the "Finance" block freezes for several minutes with each request. 5. There is no API integration, although Smetter claims otherwise. The website lists methods, but in practice, nothing can be done with them. In our case, the integration contractor refunded the money after 5 weeks of work because they could not obtain a key from Smetter's tech support. Smetter itself cannot provide examples of companies that have implemented API integration. In a community of over 300 users, no one has been able to do this either. 6. Smetter has wide opportunities for manipulation. Documents and requests are not linked to each other. In estimates or purchases, you can indicate an expense for materials and not pay for it, or even pay for it and then delete the payment! Smetter will consider such a request as paid. 7. The lack of log files means that any employee can make changes in the areas available to them, and no one will know about it.
