A website for complaints on almost all topics. Probably, roads and courtyards are the most pressing issues, but I had a different one: my mom was mistreated at the clinic. And here I am, angry and hurt, wanting to write, just to convey that such injustice is happening to someone higher up, but I don't know where to turn. It seems like Roszdravnadzor, but who can figure that out... But on the Angry Citizen website, everything is super easy; I found the category, filled out the form, and hit send. I didn't delve into the details of where it went, but I received a response saying that they had a discussion with all the offenders (I would have preferred if they were fired and the clinic burned down, but still). I read it and forgot, thinking it was just a standard response. But when my mom went to the clinic, they asked her to go talk to the chief doctor, and the attitude now, to put it mildly, is individual. Overall, I am satisfied with the result. It could have been better, but that depends not on the portal, but on the recipient. Recommendation: use it! Just write, don't hesitate to spend 5 minutes complaining about a pothole in the road, poor repairs in your building, work, or school. About everything, just to not leave bad behavior or the quality of certain people and employees without attention.
