I understand that people are short on money, so they create websites to sell all sorts of junk. One of those sites is http://amztd.ru/. They supposedly sell rebar, but what they deliver cannot be called rebar. Because it's anything but rebar - it's scrap metal, not rebar at all. Unfortunately, I realized this too late; I ordered from them, in MOSCOW!! from the ABINSK METALLURGICAL PLANT, rebar. Later, I figured out that they are trying to pass themselves off as a reputable company to make people believe and fall for it.
