I've been using this service for about a month, and everything is going well for me. I've heard that some users had their bank accounts blocked due to transfers to this wallet, and others experienced app crashes, and so on. I haven't had any such problems. Perhaps there were some misunderstandings at the beginning, but everything has been fixed now. The exchange rate is very attractive, and in my opinion, this is currently the cheapest way to convert cryptocurrency. The limits are small, but they are more than enough for my expenses. I plan to test the platinum card abroad in the near future.
