I'm lowering my rating due to issues with the app. The service itself is excellent, and the idea and its implementation are of high quality. However, the technical aspect let me down. Firstly, I struggled for a long time to complete the verification because I couldn't correctly take and upload a photo. I spent over an hour before I finally managed to do it. Secondly, the authorization was reset several times. Thirdly, after the last update, the app simply wouldn't launch. Later, it seems they fixed the bug, and everything started working normally. As for the wallet itself – everything is great. It's convenient to top up and pay with cryptocurrency when shopping. With the issuance of a virtual card and its addition to MirPay, this is even possible in offline stores.
