We started working with Alfa-Import in February of this year. I wouldn't say it's a long time, but I've already formed an opinion about the company. It's a good opinion; during this time, we've transported construction materials that we purchase from a factory in China, and the logistics team has never let us down. The only thing I would like them to improve is the speed of processing requests, but other than that, I have no complaints. They meet delivery deadlines, the cargo arrives undamaged, and their pricing policy is reasonable. Therefore, we are satisfied with the collaboration.
