Don't get involved with them! They take your money but give you nothing in return. They claim to promote websites; you order a service from them, and they send you a report that you can't open. In the end, you just give them your money as a gift. The site administrators are completely silent; they don't respond to any contacts! These are scammers posing as SEO optimizers.
