They replied, "Yes, we update them every day." However, in the end, I haven't been able to resolve the issue for two days, and the accounts have still not been created. Support ignored my messages yesterday, claiming that everything was fine. I have acquaintances who are working on serious projects. When trying to create an account, a captcha keeps appearing — this is a clear sign that the IP is no longer working. It turns out that these guys don't want to work and are deceiving people. They also charged me $10 when the proxies hadn't even been created yet. Now I've been advised to change my passwords on all platforms. It's unclear why this information isn't stated on the website.
