Everything is fine, but sometimes there are technical glitches, and the service takes a long time to load responses. Overall, I like it, so I give it a 4. I hope the developers improve the speed of the service so that it will be easier to work with texts in the future. This is especially relevant right now, and I plan to continue my subscription.
