I called, and they picked up the phone right away. I needed a "Shuft series RSK 160 check valve." I asked what they looked like and whether they had rubber or foam inside. The manager said he didn't know and couldn't check. How does he sell all this??? They probably don't even have it in stock. This is why people in Moscow respond, while those on rural websites don't even want to learn about what they're selling.
