I tried to launch a store using the free trial, but I struggled to figure out the settings. The tutorial videos had poor sound, and I had to activate the initial parameters by trial and error. There is no size chart for children's clothing. There are very few design themes, and I also faced difficulties working with the background. There has been complete silence from customer support; it seems like some kind of corporate issue. I never received an answer to my question about why payment options are not displayed in the mobile version. It all looks quite strange when you read positive reviews, and then when you start using it yourself, all that remains is negativity. It's very disappointing.

A year of use has passed, and the negative aspects turned out to be more than the positive ones. I managed to upload the database in YML format, but then the problems started. The integration with VK doesn't allow adding more than 1,000 products instead of 15,000, and all of this is blamed on VK. Replacing the Supplier's watermark with my own logo? Forget it, the images from the Supplier are of poor quality, and the watermark is too large, so once again, it's the Supplier's fault. The support service has incompetent operators who rarely understand the essence of the problem... I could go on about this for a long time. The conclusion is that this company is worth forgetting. The screenshots show the upload of my logo. These are not photos from different days, but the result after another update. Something got updated, something remained with the Supplier's logo, and some items still have my old materials... Minus after minus.

Some of them are paid, but they are worth it. Also, for those who don't have time to deal with settings and promotion, there is an option to get help from specialists in the Management System. You can choose them based on price and qualifications. We concluded that Advantshop is the best solution for small businesses in terms of price-quality ratio.
