After payment, support stopped responding to my question "why did the robot stop" and why the site is asking me to renew my subscription when I just bought it. When I tried to leave a comment, I was told that I am on the blacklist. I still haven't received any money from their site where their robot was supposedly working, and I haven't received any answers either. Show all attached files.
