I have used the official mobile app of this service multiple times to transfer money from one e-wallet to another. Most often, I perform transactions from Yandex Money to QIWI, losing about 36 rubles for every thousand. Overall, it's a decent option. I also sometimes withdraw money from Yandex Money directly to my Sberbank card. The direct transfer is cheaper (a fee of 45 rubles plus 3% of the amount, for example, from 5,000, 195 rubles is withheld), but this exchanger takes about 15 minutes for the transfer, while directly it takes 2-3 days. This is likely related to the service's reserve fund. In some cases, when urgency is required, I have to accept the higher fee. Otherwise, I hardly use the exchanger's functionality; I’m not interested in bitcoins or various banks, but what I need works perfectly, so I give respect to the service and a solid 5.
