This exchange service employs scammers. I made an exchange from Qiwi to Exmo rub on 07.02.2019. Not only did the exchange take almost an hour and a half instead of the stated 2-30 minutes, but they also sent me an Exmo code dated 07.02.19. When I tried to activate it on the exchange on 12.02.19, I received a message that it was invalid. After starting a dialogue through a messenger with the representatives of the exchange, they sent me a screenshot showing that I activated this code on 10.02.19. However, on that day, I was with my family at a ski resort where there was no internet or mobile service. Access to my email by third parties is excluded. After a long correspondence, they refused to consider my complaint. Thus, an unscrupulous operator of the exchange (or another employee) activated the code on a wallet unknown to me. The conclusion is that someone from the exchange staff is a scammer. I highly do not recommend this exchange service. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY - DO NOT USE THE SERVICES OF THIS SITE.
