I have lived in Northern Butovo for 35 years, but I have never seen such lawlessness as I do now. It seems that the top brass of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is covering everything up. This has become especially noticeable since the rise to power of Zhernov and Natalia Vladimirovna Stepanova. Robberies have increased, criminals have become untouchable, and they are completely unafraid of criminal responsibility. It has become frightening to live here. The youth have all become brazen, and although no one touches the pensioners, that's at least a small relief.
