I'm planning to buy, it's just fantastic because you can't buy a dacha within the MKAD for this price right now. The village is on the outskirts of the city of Vidnoye, near a historical site – the Sukhanovo estate with a beautiful park. There's a grocery store 100 meters away, and a clinic and school about 600 meters away. It's a very good option for me in terms of transportation accessibility, with several ways to get to the capital, especially pleased that there are convenient routes towards Simferopol. I hope there won't be a sharp increase in prices while I save up. The house projects are mostly made of gas concrete, which is a good eco-friendly option at reasonable prices. I checked the developer, and there are no negative reviews; they may not be the biggest, but they have fulfilled their obligations. If anyone from this resource has anything to add, please write in the comments. Thank you.
