Since 2014, I have had two retail pavilions selling cosmetics. In the summer of 2016, I purchased a space in a residential building. While preparing the renovation estimate, the foreman advised me to buy infrared panels for heating the space. It is cheaper than installing water cooling, which was not available in the room, much cheaper than steam heating during operation, and can be turned on at any time if desired. Listening to the professional, I ordered Nikaten panels from the manufacturer's website. The consultant, after clarifying the area, the materials of the building, and the region, recommended the necessary power of the panels. While we were finishing the space, the panels arrived via freight transport. I had some doubts about the calculations; for a 20-meter store, there were only 5 small panels of 200 W each, plus one 300 W panel for the storage room. A year has passed wonderfully. They heat up perfectly; the room is quite warm, and I had to order a thermostat. In terms of economy, the heating and electricity costs for two 10-meter pavilions with oil heaters are 2.5 times higher than for the 26-meter store with a storage room. I plan to install Nikaten panels in the pavilions as well.
